The Institute for Nucelar Power Operations (INPO) conducted an evaluation of site activities during the weeks of July 20 and July 27, 1981, to make an overall determination of plant operating safety, to evaluate management systems and controls, and to identify areas needing improvement.
Attached is an information copy of the evaluation report which details the specific findings, recommendations, and utility responses related to n!PO's evaluation procedures.
