Consolidated Edison of New York (Indian Point Unit No. 2)
Power Authority of the State of New York (Indian Point, Unit No. 3)
Dear Judge Carter:
This is to inform you that the New York State Assembly and the Assembly Special Committee on Nuclear Power Safety do not intend to file a reply to con Edison's Answer to Amended Petitions for Leave to Intervene nor to the NRC Staff Response to Amendment to Petition to Participate Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. The latter response supports the New York State Assembly's request to participate pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.715(c) and the form-er does not raise any new matters that were not addressed in the Assembly's Amended Petition to Intervene.
Please do not hesitate to ask if there is any additional infor-mation that we can provide.
Very truly yours, N
