On December 4,1981, License Condition 2.1 of Amendment !!PP-1 to License Stei-368 was revised to incorporate the scrap recovery plan revisions submitted witis your November 14, 1981 letter (which revised your June 25, 1980 and October 23, 1981 submittals). An amendment fee of $3,500 was remitted for the review.
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of Section 170.31 of 10 CFR 170, the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject applica-tion are $3,610. Since the maximum fee for a minor safeguards amendment in fee Category 1A is $3,500, no additional fee is required.
