Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 PRAIRIE ISLAND NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-282 License No. DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Submission of Revision 2 to the Monticello and Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant Security Force Training and Qualification Plan In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR 50.54 (p), and Regulatory Guide 10.1 distribution guidance, enclosed are two copies of a re-vision to the Security Forte Training and Qualification Plan for the Monticello and Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plants.
This change is Revision 2 to the plan and is to be substituted in its entirety for previously submitted information.
It is anticipated that future revisions will be on a replacement page basis.
The revision is necessitated by further refinement of the security program by Northern States Power Company at both sites: specifi-cally, changes in operating procedures and changes to the security organizational structure.
The plan has been reformatted, Task Identification Summary added, and the Task and Duty Summary has been revised and apdated.
A summary of the changes to the plan and a cross reference from the old to the new plan is contained in Attachment A to this letter.
