ATTACHMENT Dresden Station Units 2 and 3 Completion of Appendix A Confirmation of Action Letter Items in the Dresden Emergency Prepared Appraisal Audit 1.

The table containing the revised Protective Action Recommendations (Table 6.3-1) has been incorporated into the appropriate Dresden Station Emergency Plant Implementing Procedure (EPIP 300-1).

That revised procedure was distributed on January 26, 1982.

Training of the Station Directors who will be responsible for making Protective Action Recommendations was completed on January 21, 1982.

The on-site review recommending approval and authorization of the use of the change in the Generating Stations Emergency Plan was completed.

The change to the GSEP has been prepared and reviewed, and will be distributed shortly.

2.

The Notification Phone List in the Dresden EPIPs was revised on November-18, 1981, to provide additional assurance that augmentation capabilities at the station are appropriate.

3.

A memo has been issued to Recovery Managers and Nuclear Duty Officers to describe the latest revisions to the Corporate Command Center Director's Call List.

The memo explains that-the new call list has been prepared to ensure that the near site Emergency Operating Facility (EOF) can be manned within 60 minutes o f determining that the facility must be activated.

4.

The change to EPIP 500-7 describing the new procedures.

for conducting communciations checks with the NRC was distributed on January 20,'1982.

The new procedure ensures these communications checks are conducted as required by 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.

5.

Two letters from L. O. DelGeorge dated January 15, 1982, have been sent to Mr. J. G. Keppler describing the early notification system for Dresden and the latest implemen-tation schedule.

We believe these two letters satisfy the actions required for Item 5.
