INSPECTION FINDINGS The inspection was an examination of the activities wnductcJ under your litrine as they relate to radiation sarcty and to compliance with the Commnsion's rules and regulations and the conj:tions of your license. The inspection consisted of selectne examinations of procedures and repre-sentatise records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the insps tor. The findings as a result of thn inspntun are as fonows:
