~'T F" Significant Construction Deficiency No. 27 "Switchgear Breaker Position Switch Operator Defect" Fourth Interim Report
Dear Mr. Collins:
Louisiana Power & Light Company had committed to submit a report on Significant Construction Deficiency No. 27 by January 31, 1982.
In order to complete the corrective action on this Significant Construction Deficiency, additional time is required to verify the adequacy of this rework and its associated documentation. In addition, a replacement part for one of the breakers has to be obtained from General Electric Company, which may cause additional delay.
Based on this information, a report will be submitted by March 15, 1982.
