g The referenced letter indicated that a report would be submitted on Significant Construction Deficiency No. 28 by January 29, 1982.
Presently, Tompkins-Beckwith, Inc. (T-B) has completed their reinspection of all two-inch and under schedule 160 socket velds. Based upon this inspection, 579 welds required repair.
T-B anticipates the completion of this repair to be February 1, 1982.
In order to complete the corrective action on this Significant Construction Deficiency, additional time is required. Therefore, a final report will be submitted by March 1, 1982.
