EFFLUENT MONITORING REPORT FOR JULY - DECEMBER 1981 Licensee: Combastion Engineering, Inc.
License No. SNM-33 Route 21-A Hematite, Missouri 63047 The following quantities of low-enriched uranium were released to unrestricted areas during the period July through December 1981:

Curies (1.26 X 10 ft.3) 2 The following quantity of fluoride was released during the period July through December 1980:
Fluoride (3) 5.25 X 103 pounds Fluoride concentrations in vegetation samples ranged from <5 to 23 ppm.

Projected total annual release (environmental impact information) was 1.35 x 10" pounds, based on a 5-year annual average.
Releases for 1981 total 1.37 X 10" pounds. Therefore, no corrective action is indicated.
