- 12. DISCeiPYsON 08 AmENDuf N1/ MODI aCATION This Supplemental Agreement is issued to provide for the specification changes as set forth in NRC's Statement of Work dated May 26, 1981, and to increase the Estimated Cost and Fixed Fee.
This modification results in the following changes to the contract:
1.
Under Article II, entitled " SCOPE OF WORK," ADD Paragraph 8 as follows:
"B.
As a result of the specification changes indicated in NRC's Statement of Work dated May 26,1981, the Contractor shall implement these changes in accordance with Rehab's Technical Proposal dated June 17, 1981, incorporated herein by this reference.

Article X, PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, is CHANGE 0 to read as follows; "The period of performance under this contract shall commence on the effective date of the contract and shall continue through March 19, 1982, at which time all work specified herein shall be completed.

Under Article XVI, entitled " CONSIDERATION," Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee, and Obligation" is CHANGED to read as follows:
" Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee, and Obligation 1.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of work under this contract will be $870,779.46 of which the sum of $805,791.72 represents the estimated reim-bursable costs, and of which $64,987.74 represents the fixed fee.
2.
There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the Contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work'.
3.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $870,779.46."

COST
SUMMARY
The Estimated Reimbursable Cost under the contract is hereby increased by $247,416.52 from $558,375.20 to $805,791,72.
The Fixed Fee under the contract is hereby increased by $21,514.48 from $43,473.26 tc $64,987.74.
The Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee and Total Estimated Amount of contract is hereby increased by $268,931.00 from $601,848.46 to $870,779.46.
6.
Guy G. Wright, III, has been designated as my duly authorized representative to issue technical direction as set forth in Article XII of the contract, effective August 21, 1981.

7.
