Dr. William G. Vernetson is Reactor Supervisor effective January 1, 1982.
Dr. Vernetson is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the University of Florida Training Peactor and for the supervision of the licensed operators.
Dr. Vernetson reports to Dr. Nils Diaz (Director of the UFTR) and to me as Chairman of the Nuclear Engineering Sciences Department.
The former Reactor Supervisor of the UFTR, Mr. Anthony W. Marvin resigned his position on December 11, 1981.
