The motion of Applicants for deferral of discovery on financial qualifications because of pending Commission action is approved for a limited period.
If the Commission has not acted by February 15, 1982 to eliminate the issue from operating license proceedings, the Applicant will respond immediately to the discovery request of Intervenor, Kansans for Sensible Energy.
