On January 20, 1982, the Aamodts served a j f x,.
FOR ADMISSIBILITY OF FINDINGS on the parties to the Reopened heating' on cheating.
The Licensee referred to this motion in a letter to Judge Milhollin of January 22, 1982, and the Staff responded to this motion on January 26, 1982.
The Aamodts find that the' Licensee's letter and the Staff response provide erroneous information not considered or discussed in the 'Aamodt Motion.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.730, the moving p a r t ;- has no right to reply, except as permitted by the presiding office.
The Aamodts find that the erroneous and superfluous i n f o rn.a t i o n provided by the Licensee and the Staff have clouded their motion.
The Aamddts therefore request that they be permitted to reply by a document enclosed and entitled AAMODT REPLY TO LICENSEE LETTER AND STAFF RESPONSE CONCERNING AAMODT MOTION OF JANUARY 20, 1982.
