Perform a visual inspection of systems, components and structures to assess if any major damage has occurred.
B.
Assess if an emergency situation exists in accordance with the criteria of 1903.10, " Emergency Action Level Response."

If inspections of systems reveal damage, attempt to secure the system or components as soon as practical.
Recovery actions shall be directed by the Duty Emer-gency Coordinator.
