Mr. Bruno-Vega wrote to you on January 20, 1982, regarding the position of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority with respect to the NRC's fee for re-view of the withdrawn application for the North Coast facility.
As a matter of information, the Authority would appreciate receiving a breakdown of your calculated costs for the review of the North Coast application including a year-by-year listing of professional man power applied and contractual support services.
Please identify in such breakdown the offices of the NRC that provided such professional man power, the billing rate per man-hour that was applied in each instance, and the 9
provider and amount for each billed contractual support
