As agreed at the January, 1982 phone conference, enclosed with this le t t er are.: the Consumers Powei-Company submittals pertinent to the Midland hearings for the week of February 2, 1982.
The first is a letter from James Cook of Consumers Power to James Keppler, Regional Director NRC 0ffice of Inspection and Enforcement, Region III.
This letter and its attachmerts provide descriptions of the job responsibilities of senior MPQAD officials and the lines of communication within the department.
An organizational chart is also attached.
The second and third enclosures are copies of the MPQAD audits done in conection with an unresolved item from the May-1981 NRC Inspection 81-12 concerning the qualifica-tions of some Bechtel Quality Control Electrical Inspectors.
