On January 7,1982, a meeting was held with the NRC in Bethesda to discuss the licensing schedule for the Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Project. We appreciate the participation in that meeting of Bill Fitch and Steve Fusco.

The enclosed letter to Mr. Dentor' includes the agreed to schedule and particular points from the meeting which we believe are significant in achieving the schedule.

We appreciate the Council's efforts in achieving this schedule.
