ORDER h-February 1, 1982 3
The Citizens Against Nuclear Danger (CAND) have again filed an appeal from a Licensing Board's ruling summarily disposing of a portion of one of their contentions -- here Contention ~2 -- concerning -the -health effects of chlorine.
The NRC staff and the applicants have opposed the appeal.
CAND's appeal, like its two most recent-appeals in this proceeding, seeks to appeal an interlocutory order of the Board below.
Accordingly, the appeal is foreclosed by the Commission's Rules of Practice, 10 CFR E730 (f).
See our order of October 27, 1981.
