Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed are five (5) copies of Revision 5 to the Modified Amended Security Plan for Byron Station.
These revisions do not reduce the effectiveness of the security plans and are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The enclosed security plan revisions contain Safeguards Information and should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Title 10 CFR 73.21.
To the best of my knowledge and belief, the statements contained herein and in the enclosures are true and correct.
In some respects these statements are not based upon my personal knowledge but upon information furnished by other Commonwealth Edison and contractor employees.
