This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Messrs.
J. R. Mu11auer and W. P. Reichhold of this office on December 29, 1981, of activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material License No. 12-10755-02 and to the telephone discussion concerning our findings with you on January 19, 1982.
-The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspec-tion consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, independent measurements, and interviews with personnel.
In addition to the above areas, the inspectors examined action described in Form NRC-591, titled Inspection Findings and Licensee Acknowledgement dated March 21, 1979, regarding apparent items of noncompliance found during our March 21, 1979, inspection. We have no further questions regarding these matters.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
