This refers to the telephone discussion between you and Dr. C. J. Paperiello of this office on January 25, 1982, regarding submittal of a radiological contingency plan for the Battelle Columbus Laboratories. As you are aware, your failure to comply with the Order to Modify License, sent to you by our letter dated February 11, 1981, is a violation of the Commission's regulations.
This violation and our appropriate enforcement action will be addressed in a future correspondence.
As a result of the telephone discussions, we understand that you will submit a radiological contingency plan to the Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards, Division of Fuel Cycle and Material Safety no later than January 29, 1982.
