q, DOCKET NOS. 50-266 AND 50-301 EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXERCISE POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Wisconsin Electric Power Company is in the process of preparing for an emergency preparedness exercise.

The exercise is scheduled for March 9, 1982.

Due to the nearness of that date, we will be unable to meet the scenario submittal schedule outlined in your January 12, 1982 letter.

We will, however, attempt to meet the following schedule as discussed by telephone with Mr.

J.

Pagliaro of your staff.

During the second week of February, we will provide the scope, objectives, and a description of the scenario as well as a list of actions to be taken by plant and corporate personnel and off-site agencies.

Controller packages containing information to be supplied to observers and exercise participants during the scenario will be provided in the fourth week of February.
