Pursuant to the requirements of the Appendix A Technical Specifications the following report /s are submitted:

R0 82-001/99T-0 R0 82-002/99T-0 With regard to R0 82-002/99T-0, a task group was assembled to assess the controls placed on Design Changes.

This group has generated a list of recommendations which are under review for implementation. Action will be complete on this item and the RO updated by January 29, 1982.
