NOTICE OF VIOLATION

'tevering Hospital License No. 24-15289-01 As a result of the inspection conducted on January 12, 1982, and in accordance with the Interim Enforcement Policy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7, 1980), the following violation was identified:

License Condition No. 17. requires that all licensed material be possessed

Thei license application dated August 25, 1977, states that weekly GM

. surveys: and weekly wipe tests of the generator storage area shall be

.perfomed. Hands and clothing will be monitored frequently during the course of the work day.

' Contrary to these requirements, weekly. GM surveys of the generator

storage area were not performed between October 27, 1981, and January 5, 1982." Weekly wipe test of the generator storage area were not performed since the date of license issuance. The technologist did not monitor his hands and clothing during the work day.

This is a Severity Level V violation (Supplement VII).

Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.201, you are required to submit to

(1) corrective action takenJand the results achieved; (2) corrective action to be taken to avoid further noncompliance; and (3) the date when full com-pliance will be achieved. Under the authority of Section 182 of the Atomic
