NRC STAFF RESPONSE TO LICENSEE'S MOTION FOR EXPEDITED RULING On January 8, 1982, Consumers Power Company (Licensee) filed a motion for expedited ruling on the admissibility of the contentions filed by Inter-venors Christa-Maria, et al., in September of 1981. The Licensee also suggested that this Board be reconstituted if various Board members deter-mine that their schedules would not allow for " timely consideration of this case." Motion for Expedited Ruling at 4 (January 8,1982).
The Staff has no objection to Licensee's motion for an expedited ruling on the admissibility of the contentions presently pending before this Board. The Staff takes no position on whether this Board should be reconstituted.I/
