Upon consideration of requests by certain petitioners for an a viated service list and complaints by certain parties of inadequate service, t.he Board has determined which names and addresses should appear on a minimal service list to provide adequate service in this proceeding.
Effective imme-diately, all petitioners and parties shall serve a copy of each document filed in this proceeding on every person on the minimal service list.O Any petitioner or party may also serve persons not on the minimal list, as a courtesy. A request to change the Service List can be filed with the Board in the form of a Motion to Amend Service List, which need not be answered by other parties. The Service List will be amended by the Board as. circumstances warrant, either upon motion by a party or upon its own motion.
