Ferguson, " Prompt Notification in the Event of an Emergency" Enclosed are five (5) copies of the completed description of the Wash-ington Public Power Supply System WNP-1, 2, and 4 Early Warning System.

Based on proposed changes in Regulation 10CFR 50 " Emergency Planning and Preparedness: Exercises", the System will be inplace prior to issuance of a full power operating license.
