This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. R. C. Brown of this office on November 19, 1981, of the activities authorized,by NRC T Byproduct Material License 25-17492-01 and to the discussion of our fir. dings i
~s held by the inspector with members of your staff at' the ccpclusion of the 'y inspection.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under the license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations, and the conditions of.the license.
The inspection consisted of selective examiaations of procedures and representative records, interviews of personnel, independrt measurements, and observations by the inspector.
No violations of NRC requirements were found during this inspection.'
Mr. Brown also reviewed the action you had taken with respect to seven violations observed during our previous inspection, which was conducted August 7, 1978.
He verified that the corrective action with respect to these items was implemented as stated in your reply of October 5, 1978, to our letter dated August 21, 1978.
