This letter is written as a reminder that testimony concerning contentions admitted in the Fermi-2 proceeding, originally requested by-letter of August 6,1981, must be filed by February 8,1982.
It was our understanding that draft testimony of the FEMA witness concerning one part of Contention 8 would be provided to us by late November or early December,1981. However, we have not received the FEMA testimony to-date, and, as you can readily understand, it is important that we obtain this testimony very soon so that we may have an opportunity to-discuss'-
any matters of clarification or additions which may be necessary and prepare _ for service of testimony. Since the time for filing is quite near, your prompt attention.to this matter would be most appreciated.
