Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Meeting for Discussion of TMI-l Emergency Preparedness Re-start Items A meeting is scheduled for January 29, 1982 at 1 p.m. in Room 201 of the Unit 2 Administration Building at Three Mile Island.

Please refer to the enclosed map for directions to the Unit 2 Administration Building.

Invita-tions to this meeting have been extended to FDIA Region III, FDIA Headquarters and PDIA. The meeting agenda will deal with Emergency Preparedness re-start cotditicns of the Partial Initial Decision from the Atomic Safety Licensing Board. These conditions briefly include:

1) The availability of qualified interim Emergency Support Directors for up to a four hour period;
2) Changes to risk county public education beochures on emergency preparedness;
3) Distribution of state and county public education pamphlets and/or brochures on emergency preparedness;
4) Public information brochures on emargency preparedness to large transient papulation locations;
5) Briefings to major employers and/or transient population hosts;
6) Completion of early warning siren system test;
7) Conduct at least one communication drill to include state and county agencies;
8) Written plans for school districts within the plume EPZ.
