Dear Mr. Haynes:

In our final report on the above subject deficiency it was stated that we anticipated correcting all the nonconforming conditions as the HVAC ductwork was being completed, which was scheduled for June 1,1982.

However, due to the slippage in the schedule for completion of the Unit 1 and Common HVAC into 1983, it is now expected that all the nonconforming conditions will be corrected by September 1,1983.
