Dear Mr. Denton:
Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BG&E) hereby requests Amendments for Operating Licenses DPR-53 and DPR-69 for Calvert Cliffs Units I and 2, respectively, with the submittal of the enclosed proposed changes to the Technical Specifications. The FCR shown on the change 3s for BG&E internal use only.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE (FCR 82-1012)
Revise Appendix A, Technical Specifications Figure 6.2-1, Management Organization Chart and Appendix B, Environmentai Technical Specifications Figure 5.2-i 1, Management Organization Chart Relating to Environmental Matters as shown on the attached pages.
1 DISCUSSION AND JUSTIFICATION i
Effective 3anuary 1,1932, the Electric Engineering Department (EEP) was l
split into two departments: a new Project Management Department and a reorg..nized EED. At the same time Quality Assurance Department was transferred to the Supply Division, and Electric Test Department was transferred to the Electric Interconnection and Operations Division.
The reason for these organizational changes was to better define the centrol of our nuclear operations.
SAFETY COMMITTEE REVIEW These proposed changes to the Technical Specifications have been reviewed by our Plant Operations and Safety Review Committee and Off-Site Safety and Review Committee, and they have concluded that implementation of these changes will not result in an undue risk to the public health and safety.

FEE DETERMINATION We have determined, pursuant to 10 CFR Part 170 Paragraph 170.22, that this Amendment request consists of Class 11 and Class I Amendments for Calvert Cliffs Units Nos. I and 2, respectively, and, accordingly, we are including BG&E Check No. BO84234 in the amount of $1,600 to cover the fee for this request.
