l By motion filed January 19, 1982, the Intervenor Citizens For Fair Utility Regulations (CFUR) requested the withdrawal for all purposes of its previously admitted Conten'; ions 4 and 6.
On January 19, 1982, CFUR and the Applicants filed a joint motion to dismiss Contention I from this proceeding, following negotiations and an agreement entered into by those parties.
l The motions to dismiss are granted, and Contentions 1, 4 and 6 are hereby dismissed from this proceeding.
