Enclosed is the response to the comments listed in your letter of December 16, 1981 (Log No. 866) on the Davis-Besse Guard Training Plan for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.
The enclosures also contain the proposed revisions to Appendix B of the Guard Training Plan. Toledo Edison will provide your office with five (5) copies'of the Guard Training Plan when approved.
The enclosure to this letter contains Safeguards Information required to be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
