UTILITY REGULATION CONTENTIONS 4 AND 6 A 9 COMES NOW, CITIZENS FOR FAIR UTILITY REGULATIONS, hereinafter "CFUR", and makes its Motion to Withdraw CFUR Contentions Four and Six for all purposes for the following reasons:

CFUR no longer wishes to pursue the above contentions in the above styled and docketed proceeding.

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDER'ED, CFUR requests and moves this Board to withdraw CFUR Contentions Four and Six from the operating license proceedin g .
