Dear Judge Milhollin:
I enclose Licensee's reply findings pursuant to the schedule agreed upon by the parties and approved by you during the eviden-tiary hearing.

As our reply findings report (at S 3), the-schedule on the Aamodts' -findings and replies to the Aamodts slipped'somewhat, in response to an Aamodt request for. extension-of time approved-by Judge Smith in your absence.
gg As our reply also reports, Judge Smith denied a further exten-W sion of time requested by the Aamodts.
Nevertheless, yesterday I
we received two additional Aamodt inputs for their findings.
Our enclosed reply findings, which include our response to the Aamodts,

ignore both of these inputs.
One submittal by the Aamodts, under l
the guise of " Errata," forwards some 80 additions and corrections to the pages of Aamodt findings received on January 18th, as well as three pages of conclusions.
Licensee does not regard this Aamodt package as justified or as acceptable errata in any sense of the word.

pages of findings under a motion for receipt.
The motion, however, fails even to mention Judge Smith's denial of a further extension to the Aamodts.
Absent justification from the Aamodts for reconsideration of Judge Smith's ruling which presumably would cite new grounds for renewing their motion, Licensee views the motion as improper and plans no further response.
