Dear Mr. Felton:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, please provide the following information:
1.
A staff organization chart for the Office of Inspection and Enforcement.
Include headquarters personnel and NRC Region office personnel.
Include a brea<dowm by function (i.e., emergency planning, construction inspection, safeguards inspection, resident inspectors, etc.).
Provide any and all documents which discuss the current I&E organization and the reasoning behind the current setup.
2.
Provide manpower figures for each of the divisions within I&E, including Region offices.
3.
Provide a list of resident inspectors for all plants operating or under construction, including name, plant assignment, and mailing address.
4.
Provide all pertinent staff memoranda, documents, letters, guidelines, and other written records concerning NRC Staff evaluation of licensee, state, and local emergency plans.
You need not include NUREG-0654 or the Commission's emergency planning regulations in the response.
