Dear Mr. Collins:
The final report on the subject item was due to be submitted by January 8, 1982. This work was begun during December, 1981, and was supposed to be completed by December 24, 1981.
One to an additional problem identified during the rework and scheduling changes, the final report will be submitted by May 14, 1982.
The additional problem involves the identification of excessive pitting on four (4) of the ten (10) valve actuators' spring cylinders.
This problem is presently being evaluated by Ebasco Engineering.
