Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In the final report of a substantial safety hazard dated January 16, 1981 oncerning violatial of Westinghouca separatial criteria (No. 81-04-05) clarification of the corrective actial is needed.
'Ihe corrective action involving separation of protectici grade circuits fron niscellaneous safety related and safety associated circuits is as follows.
Portio 1s of the protectio 2 grade circuits are to be rerouted in co1duit and the remaining portions are to be seinrated using larriers in trays.
