I APPENDIX A G&W Eagle Signal Industrial Controls Docket: Nos. 99900384/81-01 NOTICE OF Nn*4CONFORMANCE Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on September 28-October 2, 1981, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in accordance with NRC requirements as indicated below:
A.
The Eagle Signal's corrective action response letter, dated April 22, 1980, to the NRC Inspection Report No. 99900384/80-01, indicates that the sampling plan in use would be reviewed and modified to meet current requirern.-nts, and rewritten as a new element No. 9.3.6.5, in the Quality Systems Manual by September 15, 1980.
Contrary to the above, Section 9.3.6.5, " Sampling Plan" of the Quality System Manual, had not been written.

The Eagle Signal's corrective action response letters dated April 22, 1980, and May 15, 1980, indicates that the 9.3.1.5 element of the manual would be revised by September 15, 1980, to include audits of operations t
throughout the company relative to the Quality Systems Manual policy.
Contrary to the above, Section 9.3.1.5, " Quality Auditing" of the Quality System Manual, had not been revised.
C.
The Eagle Signal's corrective action response letter dated May 15, 1980, indicates that a new Quality System Manual element, No. 9.3.0.3 or 9.3.9.2, would be written by July 15, 1980, to provide an overall product test control program.
Contrary to the above, a new section of the Quality System Manual, to provide an overall product test control program, had not been written.
