Dear Aduinistrative Judges:
Pursuant to the Memoranduu and Order (" Order") entered by the Atonic Safety and Licensing Board (" Licensing Board") o ' January 15, 1982, the llRC Staff (" Staff") wishes to advise the Licensing Board and parties as follows. The Staff has been infonied that, as of this date, the Federal Emergency I!anagenent Agency (FE!!A) has not yet completed its findings as to the adequacy of the State and local parish energency plans. tio t-withstanding the delay in FE!!A's issuance of its findings, FEf;A has ireforned the Staff that it expects to h' able to couply with the hearing schedule proposed in the applicant's " Motion for Establishing Hearing Schedule" ("llotion") granted by the Licensing Board in its Order of January 15, 1982.
