Dear Mr. Sholly:
This is in response to your letter dated Nevember S,1981 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, three categories of records relating to the TMI Action Plan Tracking System (APTS).
r Our response to each category is noted below.
4 Category one.
A copy of the requested September APTS is being placed in the f1RC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555, for your inspection and copying.
You may obtain access to this reo..rd by either presenting a copy of this letter to the PDR or requesting folder FCIA-81-454 filed under your name.
Category two.
Inputs to each APTS are discarded following preparation of the~ APTS; therefore, the requested inputs to the September 1981 APTS no longer exist.
I Category three.
Copies of the September 1981 APTS will be sent to the

appropriate program offices some time prior to November 30,1981 to be l
updated for preparation of the next APTS.
Therefore, inputs to the next APTS, which will be updated in January 1982, have not yet been created.
