50-329-OM-oui 3-b 5 0 - 3 3 0 - 0 [1-O L '
Motion For Extension of Time to File Exceptions on Behalf of the Mapleton Interveners.
The Mapleton interveners request the Appeal Board to extend the time for filing exceptions to the Licensing Board's date of December 23, 1981, to January 23, from the present due date of January 7, 1982.
As grounds for this motion said interveners state that they have not had the opportunity to explore the implications of the Licensi,ng Board's partial initial decision to determine the appropriate course of action, if any.
The same and identical request has been granted to Consumers Power Company, the granting of this request will also keep the proceedings on a parallel procedural footing.
