The application for the amendments complies with the standards and rs;uirements of the Atcmic Energy Act cf 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Ccmis;icn's rules and regulations.
The Cc=issicn has made a:Orccriate findings as recuired by the Act and the Cc=issicn's rules and reculatiens in 10 CFR Chapter I, whicn are set ferth in the license amendments.
Prior public notice cf these amendments was nct repuired since these amendments do not involve a significant ha:ards ccnsideraticn.
