NOW COMES the Licensee in the above-captioned case, pursuant to 10 C.F. R. 2 2.740 (f) , and respectfully moves -

that an order be entered directing the Citizens for Nuclear Reactor Safety, Inc. to respond to Licensee's First Interroga-tories to the Citizens for Nuclear Reactor Safety, Inc.
