The purpose of this letter is to transmit for your information an incre-ment of the analysis of the effects of natural phenomena relative to your plutonium operations at liest Jefferson, Ohio.
The subject increment of analysis is an estimate of airborne radionuclide releases from your Jfi-1B Facility as a result of severe natural phenomena. A draft of the enclosure has been revieNed, and commented upon, by those analysts who required the results to carry out succeeding analyses and by flRC staff.
The fiRC staff has endorsed this final version of the review for application in succeeding analyses. However, we will consider challenge of our en-dorsement wnen supported by credible technical bases.
