Dear Chairman'Palladino:

,1 I am writing with further reference to my correspondence of December 8, 1981, on behalf of many of my consti-tuents.

As you will recall, I expressed concern that any decision relative to the restart of Unit I at Three Mile Island be made prior to a full public hearing on the subject.

Inasmuch as a considerable period of time has elapsed and my records indicate that I have not yet received a reply, I would be grateful for your prompt attention to this matter.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated and I look forward to hearing from you in this regard without further delay.

Cordially,

}
