This is in partial response to your letter dated December 29, 1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, answers to a number of questions concerning embittlement at vessel walls in BWRs.
The Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552) applies only to requests for, or access to, records.
