Dear Mr. Battle:
xd This is in response to your letter dated November 30, 1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the monthly report of all construction problems at Midland Nuclear Plant occuring during the month of June,1979, and all corrective actions taken by Consumer Power Company as a result of a fatal accident at the site on June 14, 1979.
Please find enclosed the documents listed below:
1.
Midland Nuclear Plant Monthly Report for June 1979, and 2.
Memo from G. Fiorelli, NRC, to Consumer Power Co., dated August 22, 1979, enclosing I&E Inspection Report Nos.
50-329/79-15 and 50-330/79-15.
In your telephone conversation with Ms. Nina Toms of my staff, you agreed to pay the ir; curred costs. The charge for reproducing the enclosed 655 pages at five cents ($0.05) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b),
is $32.75.
You will be billed for this amount by our Division of Accounting.
This completes NRC's action on your request.
