RJRR3SE The purpose of this procedure is to cutline the supplies to be maintained in the Victory Hospital Radiological Emergency Supply Locker, and the Zion A Station, RMC decontaminaticn and sampling kits.

LIMITATIONS & ACTIONS This procedure covers only the supplies retained by Victory Hospital 1) and included in the RMC decontamination and sampling kits located in the Zicn 617' decen recm.

The Rad Chem Supervisor or his designee will be respcnsible for documentation and centrol of these supplies.

EPCWDURE 1)
An inventcry of the emergency supplies at Victory Memorial Hospital's Rad Emergency locker will be performed quarterly. This inventory should be done using Attachment A.
Note any missing items and quantity on the form and return the form to the Rad / Chem Foreman.
Film badges and finger rings should be replaced quarterly.
2)
Replace the GM counter and ion chamber with newly calibrated instruments each quarter. Check other instruments (probes, self readers) for physical damage. Self readers are to be replaced every other quarter.
3)
The Rad / Chem Foreman will assure the missing items will be replaced as scon as possible.
4)
Radiation Management Corp (RMC) will perform an annual inspection at Victory Memorial Hospital. A letter from RMC to Zica Station documenting this inspection will be kept on file in the Rad / Chem Department.
5)
Two decontamination kits and two sampling kits in the 617' level of the aux bldg are provided by RMC. Once per month the tape or security ceal en one of each of these kits will be verified to be intact. If the seal has been broken, an inventory will ce performed using Attachment B.
Note any missing items that cannot be replaced from the duplicate kit, and the quantities on the form anc return the form to the Rad /Cnem Foreman.

The Rad / Chem Foreman will assure the missing items will be replaced

7)
Once per year, RMC will inventory the centents of the decon and sampling kits. A letter from RMC to Zion Station dccumenting this inspection will be kept on file in the Rad / Chem Cepartment.
